Established in 1954, Beijing Beiyi Innovation Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. covers a land of 31064 square meters and total architectual area of 45504 square meters. The company′s HQ is located in the center of CBD and manufacture base in Industry Development Area, Daxing District. In 2003, it was passed the certification of ISO2000. The products which include vacuum pump, vacuum gauge and vacuum coater are more than 30 kinds and 160 items, ranging from low vacuum to ultra-high vacuum and are widely used in aviation, electronics, metallurgy, architecture, food industry, spinning and weaving, electric power, new energy field, etc.

Devoting itself to vacuum technology of 50 years and cooperating with many colleges and graduate schools, the company is always in front of vacuum field. In the way of vacuum application, the techniques of optical multi-film coater, magnetron sputtering coater, multi-target magnetron DC and RF sputtering system are at the advanced level in China, some technology has gained national patent.

Recently, the company has produced many laboratory equipments for colleges and graduate schools and successfully developed product line for amorphous silicon solar cell in 2006, which is the first self designed and manufactured product line in China. The central technology is the application of PECVD, used for manufacturing large-scale glass photovoltaic template with high yield and low cost. The equipment has sold to guangdong, fujian and zhejiang province and so on, changing the status quo of importing amorphous silicon solar cell from abroad.
